Master of Modena ~ Enzo Ferrari.  Sensational sculpture done in 1992, by Larry Braun, award winning artist and founding member of AFAS.  This stunning piece captures Enzo in the pits at an early race, with foot up on a gas can.  The piece measures 20.5" high x 12.5" wide x 7.5" deep.  It is signed, numbered [1/21], and dated in the bronze casting with marble and wood base.  It weighs about 32 pounds.  3.13

The Daredevil ~ Barney Oldfield.  Wonderful bust sculpture done by the award winner Larry Braun, founding member of AFAS.  This piece, released in 1990, was awarded the "Athena Award of Merit" at the 1989 Pebble Beach AFAS annual meet.  The sculpture measures 21" h x 11" w x 8.5" deep;  it is signed/numbered [#3/21] and dated in the bronze casting, which rests on a marble and wood base. It weighs about 40 pounds !  3.13

Juan Manuel Fangio.  Outstanding sculpture by Larry Braun, award winning artist and founding member of AFAS.  Fangio is #18/21, signed/numbered/dated [1987] in the bronze casting with marble and wood base.  It measures 21.5" h x 13.5" w x 12" deep and weighs about 40 pounds.  A very rare and special piece of automotive sculpture.  3.13

FIAT.  Original porcelain enamel on steel, circa 1905 to 1910.  FIAT: Fabrica Italiana Automobili Torino.  The only I've seen in 32+ years !  13 x 3.5   2.13

ESSENCE  HUILE.  French enamel on steel sign, with reflective glass balls.  It actually lights up, by the reflection of headlights, to be readable at a distance in the night. 1950's to 1960's era.  17" wide x 19.5" high

1930 Monte Carlo Concours.  Very rare and original car medallion from the Concours that took place in conjunction with the Rallye Monte Carlo.  Enamel on metal, with cut-outs and multi-level work, for the 22nd gathering.  3.5 x 1.5

Les Vieux du Volant.  Super rare, fantastic design by Roger Perot, who did the world famous Delahaye posters. This is an "old timer's  French association. On the bottom is stamped into it 1912 and 2481; the year is to correspond to the year the member received their license, and the other number is their membership number. Very fine glass enamel on metal.  3.2 x 4.1

Souscription Pulbique.  Badge on the occassion of the "Lotterie pour la Voiture de Course francais souscription publique", (7 by 9 cm); in 1935 was in France the public appealed for a donation campaign for the racing team Delahaye and Bugatti, all in all 1 Mio Francs were collected and paid off to the winner of the competition Bugatti with Wimille and Dreyfus on Delahaye so that the upcoming racing season could be succesfully hold; rare. Metal; 2.8" x 3.5"
